Senior Systems Administrator and Team Lead
- Lead an IT team of 5 engineers and own Tier 3 escalations across 3 client environments, handle approx. 15–25 escalations/week, and cut recovery/repair time (MTTR) from 6 hours to 2 hours.
- Design and maintain hybrid infrastructure across 9 sites, supporting 200 Windows endpoints, 8 servers, and 50 VMs, and maintain SAN storage to improve stability across client environments.
